For crew
In film, work comes through who you know.
Many paid roles are never advertised. They go to people a trusted crew member recommends. You already have the experience. Day Players gives you the recommendation, and the contacts that come with it.

Apply
Choose your department and tell us about your experience. We look at every application case by case. The minimum we look for is substantial experience on shorts, commercials and music videos, or ideally 1–2 professional credits.

Meet the team
Shortlisted members have a short Zoom call with us, so we know your skills and goals before anyone recommends you.
- Step 3
Get recommended
Our team of working filmmakers recommend you to their own contacts for paid work, with mentoring along the way. You stay at least three months and leave with a network of your own.
You pay nothing until we find you work, and nothing until the production has paid you.
